Overall rating: 4.3 out of 5
My wife and I were seeking self catering accommodation within easy reach of Clovelly and were delighted with Mettaford. Just off the main road to Hartland meant easy access to the Hartland peninsula but also close to the Atlantic Highway A39 north to Exmoor or south to Cornwall which we took advantage of. We tended to eat out at lunch time, and picked up supplies for breakfast and dinner initially at Asda Bideford on the way to Mettaford.
