Welcome to the Mettaford Farm Holiday Cottages . Our 8 Self-catering Holiday Cottages are situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Devon, where peace and tranquility come as second nature. The small complex of traditional stone barn conversions is set well back from the main Hartland road in open countryside of the Hartland Peninsula North Devon. The cottages have on-site facilities to meet all weather and all seasonal requirements, and can accommodate between 2 & 6 people in one, two & three bedroomed cottages.
Situated 1.5 miles from Hartland village and 2.5 miles from Clovelly, close to the South West Coast Path between Bude and Bideford, the cottages are ideally placed for exploring the area and the spectacular coastal scenery locally, with its' rocky coves and cliff waterfalls. There are many places of interest and tourist attractions nearby. Beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude are renowned for their cleanliness and safety. The self-catering cottages are set in 18 acres of well-tended grounds with many natural areas, ideal for wild-life watching.

Heated indoor Swimming pool and Sauna; Games Room with Table Tennis, Pool Table and Darts.
Croquet, Short Tennis and Badminton lawns (seasonal); 6 Hole fun Golf (for serious or family fun: no rules or regs.!). There's lots of space for frisbees and football out on the golf course, too! We have a small Playground for younger children as well.
Wooded streamside Nature trail, where wellies are essential for exploring, leading to a green lane for walking. Ornamental ponds (set away from main accommodation) for painting or contemplation. Or spend time at night watching the stars from the garden.
Lawned garden with patio furniture and B-B-Q available for each cottage.
The well-equipped Laundry has 2 washing machines, dryers,
iron and ironing board.
WiFi connectivity in all cottages.
