Hartland Camping Barn
We have re-modelled our cob & stone barn into Hartland Camping Barn. This has been sympathetically restored and rebuilt specifically as hostel-type accommodation. There are fire doors through-out and smoke detectors. The Barn is weather and wind tight and benefits from full facilities.
Sleeping 18 in 3 x 6 bedded rooms, you have use of a fully fitted kitchen (gas cooker, hobs and fridge & freezer), 3 hot water showers and WCs. Mattresses are supplied as is all cooking equipment, crockery & cutlery.
The Barn is available to hire per room (Eaves, Parlour & Loft), or for a combination of 2 rooms or the whole Barn.
The bedrooms are supplied with mattresses and clothes hanging rail. There is power for small personal devices.
Parlour on the groundfloor has a single South facing window.
Eaves is in the eaves of the barn and features the curvy cob walls original to the Barn. Lots of light from the velux windows.
Loft is also in the roof of the barn and retains the cob walls as original. The new roof has velux windows allowing natural light to flood this room.
TV Lounge with Plasma & FreeSat in separate building.
If you are travelling through the area or looking for a longer stay, this offers a solution which is cheap and convenient.
Hartland Camping Barn gives simple accommodation with cottage standard facilities.
